is a full-service consulting, multi-program management, planning and design company. We deliver customized solutions helping clients achieve their goals, create memorable stakeholder experiences, generate returns, and make a lasting impact.


Meet Our Founder & President

Christia Murphy

Christia Murphy has proven success in corporate, non-profit, publishing, radio, and television events, marketing, sponsorships, and fundraising. Participants have included VIP guests and celebrities, C-suite, Board Members, investors, donors, senior leadership, and associates in virtual, hybrid, and in-person settings.

Christia began her career in country music radio (WGAR 99.5) before moving into publishing (Great Lakes Publishing, now Studios) and TV (HSN - Home Shopping Network) then time in the non-profit sector (Moffitt Cancer Center Foundation) and most recently led the Events, Sponsorships & Production team at Bread Financial. At Bread Financial, she built the organization’s events, sponsorships, and production strategy over 10 years while effectively managing a multi-million-dollar budget for private and public engagements ranging from 10 to thousands of participants.

Christia is strategic, deadline driven, organized, and detail-oriented, balancing a big-picture perspective with close attention to every project detail. She understands memorable experiences drive engagement, so she takes time to learn the goals of each project ensuring the best plan is in place before executing with a focused eye on budget, meeting goals, and proactively adapting in an ever-changing events industry.

Christia is based out of Wilmington, NC with availability to support programs and businesses across the country.
